The Community Pharmacy Workforce Development Group (CPWDG) has analysed the 2022 Community Pharmacy Workforce survey for England which shows a clear reduction in the size of the workforce.
About the Community Pharmacy Workforce Development Group
The CPWDG is a cross-sector working group that brings together the expertise of education, training and professional workforce leads from across the community pharmacy sector.
The group provides a forum where organisations representing employers can share their experiences of the issues facing the community pharmacy workforce and propose solutions to those issues.
Member organisations include the Association of Independent Multiple Pharmacies (AIM), The Company Chemists’ Association (CCA) and the National Pharmacy Association (NPA).
