The Company Chemists’ Association (CCA) is delighted to announce that Liz Skinner has joined the organisation as its new Communications and PR Manager. This marks the first full-time communications post for the company, indicating the CCA’s renewed focus on the importance of promoting the role its members play in providing excellent care and supporting the public with their evolving healthcare and wellbeing needs.
Liz has extensive experience of healthcare communications, most recently with NHS Improvement, as well as with the Faculty of Public Health, a professional membership body. She said: “I’m excited to be joining the CCA at this critical time in its development. I’m looking forward to use communications to help deliver the organisation’s vision that everyone, everywhere, can benefit from world class healthcare and wellbeing services provided by their community pharmacy.”
