CCA’s Chief Executive talks to Chemist and Druggist about pharmacy staffing and patient safety

The CCA’s Chief Executive Malcolm Harrison gave an interview to Chemist and Druggist this month, in which he talked about the ideal pharmacy staffing model, patient safety and how our members feel about the funding cuts. During the interview, he said: 

“Providing a safe and effective service for patients is critical. It is the number one priority. I can’t see how a pharmacy can operate if that is not your number one focus.”
