Phil registered as a pharmacist in 1995 and worked with Boots in clinical and managerial roles until 2000 when he joined Pharmacy2U, which was a perfect match for his interest in technology and its applications within healthcare. Phil has worked in several roles within Pharmacy2U including independent prescribing, MSO, and is currently the Superintendent Pharmacist responsible for the safety, governance, and professional standards within the business; and has been closely involved in many projects including the first pilots of the Electronic Prescription Service and its ongoing development, and the setting up of remote vaccination clinics. Phil is appointed by Pharmacy2U as a Director of the CCA, and he is appointed by the CCA as a member of the Community Pharmacy England committee.
